Firearms Transfers in Merritt Island, Done Right
Bought online? Ship it to us. Most transfers are ready for pickup the day after we receive them.

How It Works
1. Send us your seller’s shipping details. Give the seller our FFL, available for download or at Master FFL and ATF FFL EZ Check.
2. We notify you when it arrives. Your firearm is ready for pickup the day after we receive it. Need it sooner? Same-day pickup is available for a $20 rush fee.
3. Come in, complete your background check, and take it home. Bring a valid ID. We handle the paperwork and walk you through every step.

Before You Ship: Know the Policies
Failed background check? We’ll help with your appeal to NICS/FDLE in every way we legally can. Firearms left on premises for more than 60 days become the property of WJS Guns unless you’ve made arrangements with us in advance. If we agree to hold your firearm during an appeal, storage is $20 per month (one-month minimum) after day 60.
Private party sales: Both parties must be in store, in person, with ID.

How long does a transfer take?
Your firearm is ready for pickup the day after we receive it. Same-day pickup costs an extra $20.
What do I need to bring?
Valid government-issued photo ID; Florida ID required for handguns.
Can you receive from any seller or retailer?
Yes. Have the seller request our FFL at customerservice@wjsguns.com or get it from Master FFL
Can I use your Silencer Shop kiosk for a suppressor bought elsewhere?
Yes. The kiosk fee is $40, waived if you bought the suppressor through us or shipped it from Silencer Shop to WJS GUNS.
Do you ship firearms out?
Yes. Outbound transfers are $45 for long guns and $55 for handguns, plus shipping & handling fees.
